Contact & abuse

Send enough context to investigate.

Dropfile sessions are temporary, so a clear report with timestamps and the exact share URL is more useful than the file name alone. Never attach suspected illegal or harmful material.

1

General questions

For product feedback, browser compatibility problems, or questions not answered in the help center, email contact@dropfile.site. Include your browser, operating system, approximate file size, share mode, and the text of any error message.

2

Abuse and safety reports

Use the structured abuse-report form and include the complete Dropfile share URL, the time and timezone when it was active, what policy you believe was violated, and how you encountered it. Do not download or redistribute harmful content to create evidence.

3

Copyright reports

Use the dedicated copyright reporting guide before writing. It lists the ownership, identification, contact, and good-faith statements needed to assess a report. Dropfile does not claim that this inbox is a registered DMCA agent.

4

What not to send

Do not email passwords, payment information, government identifiers, private encryption keys, or copies of suspected illegal material. Redact information that is not necessary to understand the report.
